How we collect, use and protect your personal data.
1. Data controller
Cibieit ("we", "us"), based in Córdoba, Argentina, is the data controller for personal data collected through cibieit.com. For any question about this policy, contact us at info@cibieit.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone / WhatsApp (optional)
- The content of your message
We do not collect sensitive data or use tracking cookies. The only technical data stored locally in your browser is your light/dark theme preference (via localStorage), which never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
3. How we use your data
We use contact-form data solely to respond to your inquiry and share information about our IT consulting and support services. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Who we share your data with
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party provider that acts as a data processor to deliver your message to us by email. We do not share your data with any other third party.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain contact data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and, unless a business relationship is established, for no more than 24 months after the last contact.
6. Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and request deletion of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@cibieit.com. Argentina's Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the enforcement authority for Law No. 25,326, is entitled to receive complaints related to non-compliance with data protection rules.
7. Security
The site is always served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical measures to protect the data you send us from unauthorized access.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
